With minimizing of the value of the rigid item of a target direction desired to reduce vibration as a target function, with the value of the rigid body item in a conditional direction desired to cut off linked movement being within the range of a prescribed value in the neighborhood of zero as a restricting condition and with at least one desired parameters among parameters included in a rigid body item arithmetic expression respectively as genes, the means 505 gives generation change to a the group of individuals consisting of a prescribed number of the individuals consisting of the combination of these genes to obtain an individual most suitable for the target function.
