PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for operation speed information output, which enable accurate operation detection without any trouble even if chattering occurs, and a recording medium. SOLUTION: When the on-state of a 1st contact 10 is detected in Fig. 4(b), it is ignored even if the 1st contact 10 goes to the off-state thereafter on condition that a chattering threshold TDCchtr is not exceeded. When the 1st contact 10 is turned on and off for more than once before a 2nd contact 12 goes to the on-state in Fig. 4(c), a key speed is detected according to the last detected transition to the on-state. |
