PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat type non-aqueous secondary battery preventing a short circuit of external terminals of a positive electrode and a negative electrode and a battery container and enhancing a safety and a reliability using a gasket with a high sealability. SOLUTION: In the flat type non-aqueous secondary battery, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator and a non-aqueous electrolyte including a lithium salt in a battery container. An energy capacity is 30 Wh or more and a volume energy density is 180 Wh/l or more. Gaskets 7, 8 for insulating a positive electrode external terminal 3, a negative electrode external terminal 4 and the battery container are constituted by a material having a shape- retaining property at 150 deg.C or more. |
