PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately achieve cutting in cutting by plural blades. SOLUTION: Hub blades 24, 25, and 26 are composed of circular substrates 24a, (25a, and 26a), having thickness from first side faces 24b, (25b, and 26b) to second side faces 24c, (25c, and 26c), cutting edge sections 24d, (25d, and 26d) that are formed at an outer periphery on the first side faces 24b, (25b, and 26b), and openings 24e, (25e, and 26e) that are formed at the center section of the circular substrates 24a, (25a, and 26a) and are fitted to a spindle 23 for constituting cutting means 20. In this case, the thickness of the circular substrates 24a, (25a, and 26a) is set to a specific thickness, so that the thickness of the circular substrate matches the cutting dimensions of an object to be machined, and the outer diameter of the second sides 24c, (25c, and 26c) is set smaller than that of vacant space areas 24g, (25g, and 26g). Also, a multi blade 21, where the hub blades 24, 25, and 26 are assembled, is provided. |
