PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of preventing an electrostatic offset caused by the electrostatic repulsion of a pressure body and toner in a long term by maintaining a high charge removing effect even in the case of concurrently using a charge removing means and an attached matter removing means, and an image forming device equipped with the fixing device. SOLUTION: A charge removing brush 11 and a metallic roller 7 are positioned so that an attached matter removing position by the roller 7 may be on a more upstream side than a charge removing position by the brush 11 in the rotating direction of a pressure roller 1, and the attached matter removing position and the charge removing position are set on the downstream side with respect to a nip area formed by press-contact of a fixing film 4 with the roller 1 in the carrying direction of recording material P and on the more downstream side than a line passing through the center of rotation of the film 4 and the center of rotation of the roller 1 in the carrying direction of the material P.
