THERMAL RESISTANT AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEEL

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide thermal resistant austenitic stainless steel (stainless 309S steel) with reduced edge crack and hot crack by fixing quantitively the content of δ-ferrite and the equivalent ratio of Cr/Ni in stainless 309S steel. CONSTITUTION: The thermal resistant austenitic stainless steel (stainless 309S steel) is characterized in that the average content of δ-ferrite in microstructure thereof is 5 to 8%, and the equivalent ratio of Cr/Ni is controlled over 1.5 to reduce edge crack and hot crack.
