PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic message system capable of enriching convenience, contributing to environment and resource protection, and varying the contents of a telegraphic message and a recording and outputting method without wasting human resources, by transmitting and receiving the telegraphic message through the Internet. SOLUTION: Telegraphic message transmitters 6A and 6B or the like are connected to a server 1 designated by a telegraphic message receiver 3, and allowed to perform access to pages respectively assigned to a plurality of telegraphic message receivers by using keywords such as the names or dates from the list of the server 1. In this case, the telegraphic message transmitters 6A and 6B or the like complete and record a message or the like to be transmitted to the telegraphic receiver 3, by adding or correcting information 2 for a festival such as a text, picture, and voice provided by the server 1. A server manager arranges and records the received message by himself or herself or corporately with the telegraphic message receiver 3. This message can be printed out as necessary, or outputted as a video or voice at a ceremonial place on ceremonial occasions. |
