PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for collecting the information on an access route to a jumped site without installing a special program in a client. SOLUTION: A tracking server is installed in a network, and a link L which is passed through the tracking server, jumped to contents T, and jumped from contents S is installed. When a user terminal gains an access to the tracking server by tracing from the contents S to the link L, the user terminal receives data D for specifying the contents S from the tracking server, and jumps to the contents T. The user terminal calls the tracking server according to an instruction C pre-buried in the contents T, and transmits the data D to the tracking server in response to the request from the tracking server. The tracking server specifies the contents S based on the data D.
