PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition hardly causing residue even when a colorant is contained at a high concentration. SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition contains a colorant (A), a photopolymerizable compound (C) and a photopolymerization initiator (D) and also contains a copolymer (B) of an α-hydroxymethyl compound of formula (I) and another compound copolymerizable with that. The content of structural units derived from the α-hydroxymethyl compound in the copolymer (B) is usually 0.5-95 mass%. The content of the copolymer (B) is usually 5-95 mass% of the total solid content and the content of the colorant (A) is usually 5-60 mass% of the total solid content. When the colored photosensitive resin composition is patterned, a colored pattern is formed and a color filter can easily be produced. |
