<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell, which simplifies its manufacturing process and has a high photoelectric conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a solar cell is characterized in that an insulating film is formed on the surface of a silicon substrate, a plurality of holes are formed in the surface of the insulating film by a wet etching and then, a diffusion layer is formed in the surface of the silicon substrate via these holes.</p> |
