<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which always monitors the terminal of a client and restarts the terminal at the time of occurrence of a fault of the terminal and reports it through the Internet. SOLUTION: The terminal monitor system 100 is provided with a monitor center 120, a dispatch base 130 prepared for occurrence of a fault, a charge demand and collection agency company 140, terminals 150 of clients as the monitor object, and an information device 160 for a manager of client terminals, which are connected through the Internet 110. A terminal monitor device 200 is added to the terminal 150. The monitor center 120 has a terminal 122 and a database(DB) 124 and always monitors a lot of information terminals 150 as the monitor object and takes a required measure at the time of occurrence of a fault. In the dispatch base 130, a terminal 132 and a database 134 are provided and also workers required for dispatch stand ready. The charge demand and collection agency company 140 is provided with a terminal 142 and vicariously conducts demand and collection of the charge for the terminal monitor service. The information device 160 for the manager of client terminals is a terminal 162 or a portable telephone 164 and reports the operation condition like occurrence of a fault in client terminals 150 as the monitor object to the manager.</p> |
