<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield harness and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of surely relieving the noise to the external, and preventing the increase of the cost for a wire harness to be assembled. SOLUTION: This shield hardness 1 is provided with plural wires 3, an ALS 2 and a second wire 8. The plural wires 3 are bundled by a tape wound on the same. The ALS 2 has a conductive conductor layer 4 and an insulating insulator layer 7. The second wire 8 has a conductive core wire 12 and an insulating coating part 13. The second wire 8 is superposed on the insulating layer 7, and the core wire 12 is jointed to the conductor layer 4 through ultrasonic welding. The ALS 2 is wound on an outer periphery of plural wires 3, in a state of the conductor layer being located inside, and the insulator layer 7 is located outside.</p> |
