PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device using a sheet type photoreceptor having a large area and free from an artificial flaw and a fingerprint, and also almost not requiring the exchange of the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In this device, the sheet type photoreceptor is wound round a roller 1, and the sheet type photoreceptor is fed from the roller 1 at the time of forming an image. The sheet type photoreceptor is taken up to the roller 7 through an electrifier 2, an exposing light source 3, a developing device 4, a transfer part 5 and a cleaning part 6. It is good to use a photoreceptor obtained by continuously coating a roll type base such as aluminum vapor deposition RET with a photoreceptive layer as the sheet type photoreceptor, and the sheet type photoreceptor does not require a stage for punching and binding the ends after coating such as an endless belt type photoreceptor, so that cost is reduced all the more, and the flaw and the fingerprint on the surface of the photoreceptor caused in the conventional stage after coating or at the time of attaching the photoreceptor to the device can be prevented. |
