PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network monitoring system for easily monitoring the occurrence of a trouble in network environment and easily seizing issues for the influences of the trouble on operation fields with visual information on a viewer. SOLUTION: The network monitoring system comprises a network data collecting system for collecting network information including node information from nodes of network and network topology connection information, a non- network information collecting system for dynamically collecting non-network information from equipment operated in connection with the network through individual communication passages, a first data transforming means for transforming the network information collected by the network data collecting system into file data in a XML form, a second data transforming means for transforming the non-network information collected by the non-network information collecting system into file data in a XML form, and a network information integral management database for storing and managing the file data in the XML form transformed by the first data transforming means and the second data transforming means.
