PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile body terminal unit, mail managing device and method, and a program whereby it is possible to eliminate the mail allocating operation by the user himself and enhance the convenience and operating easiness. SOLUTION: The mobile body terminal unit 11 having a mail receiving function and a memory dial function collates the sender address information of the received mail to the information registered in a storage means in which the mail address information is registered and put under management, and if the two are identical, the received mail is allocated automatically to the mail accommodation area related previously to the group information to specify the accommodation area classified by groups and the individual information to specify the accommodation area for individual registered in the storage means, and the received mail is accommodated in the received mail accommodating region.
