PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed system control method capable of adapting to distributed services changing daily without rebuilding the whole existing applications and optimally executing the applications without acting overhead of a network load. SOLUTION: This device acquires a log information at executing programs and summarizes and processes the information for presenting to a user as well as develops and issues improvement instructions for optimizing execution of applications according to optimization rules indicated by the user.
