PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite broadcasting receiver which decreases mutual influences of two local oscillators, so that it is hard to generate a spurious signal. SOLUTION: A substrate 34 is attached to an upper surface of a chassis, and a substrate 36 is attached to a lower surface of the chassis. Sine a thickness d2 of the chassis is to some extent, mutual influences of local oscillators 12, 18 can be decreased, so that a spurious signal is less likely to be generated.
