PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptor having a rotary plug for making the plug which is rotatable, to prevent the interference with an adjacent plug. SOLUTION: This adaptor is composed of a plug unit 10, having the plug 12 and a plug housing 50 in which the plug unit is inserted, a power supply device is installed in the plug housing, a turning means is mounted for turning the plug unit at 45 deg. or 90 deg. to each of right and left directions to the plug housing, and a control means is mounted to fix the plug unit at the turned positioned.
