PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiating structure of microwave equipment, capable of efficiently radiating heat from a radiating element to the outside by suppressing the temperature rise in the interior of the main housing. SOLUTION: The radiating structure of the microwave equipment comprises a second circuit board 38 for mounting a circuit component of a mixing power amplifier 3, including power amplifiers 22, 24 and 25 as radiating elements and housed in a sub-housing 2 and a cover 39, and a radiating plate 33 integrated with the sub-housing 32 to constitute a radiator 31. The radiating structure further comprises a first circuit board 36, molded integrally with stepped protrusions 46 at the bottom of an aluminum die cast molded housing 30 to mount circuit components of an intermediate frequency amplifier 1, and a local oscillation circuit 2 in the housing 30. The plate 33 of the integrated radiator 31 is screw-clamped at the bottom of the housing 30 with the protrusions 45 as the contact surfaces, and the contact area of the housing 30 with the plate 33 is reduced.
