PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable proper mounting of components by obtaining a sufficient deflecting amount of an elastic pawl, even if components are to be installed at a narrow interval by using a claw. SOLUTION: An arm part 12 of the elastic claw 11 is formed, in a state in which the arm 12 is directed downwardly (downward direction in Fig. 1 (a)), from a lower surface 15 of a base to a mounting surface 14 and bent into a U shape and changed in its direction upwardly (upward direction in Fig. 1 (a)), with respect to the surface 14, and arriving at the surface 14 side through a hole 13 and projected onto the surface 14. Thus, the arm part 12 is bent into a U shape at a position separate to a reverse side to the claw 6 from the surface 14, so that the arm part 12 is long and made easily deflectable. In addition, the base end of the arm part is fixed by an elastically twistable beam member.
