PURPOSE: Provided is a functional synthetic resin or fiber emitting far infrared rays, anions, and minerals, which is good for the health of human bodies and has antimicrobial and sterilizing functions. CONSTITUTION: The functional synthetic resin or fiber is produced by a process comprising the steps of: blending 1-5% of a colorant, 0.001-20% of a natural anion mineral, a synthetic resin and adding an additive containing an antifoam composition and mixing, wherein the synthetic resin is selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS), medium density PE(MDPE), rayon, melamine-formaldehyde(MF), and etc.; melting the mixture to make a liquid; curing the liquid and extruding, injecting, and forming according to the use.
