PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup information providing device by which the situation and scenery of a far place are viewed in a short time at a low cost. SOLUTION: When a user instructs a spot at terminal equipment 30a and 30b, a management device 20 transmits image pickup device position information indicating the positions of image pickup devices 10a and 10b arranged in an area indicated by map information to the terminal equipment 30a and 30b. When the user instructs a desired image pickup position from the image pickup devices displayed at the display means of the terminal equipment 30a and 30b, the terminal equipment 30a and 30b transmit image pickup device instruction information indicating the instructed image pickup device to the management device 20. The management device 20 transmits the image pickup information of the image pickup devices 10a and 10b indicated by the image pickup device instruction information to the terminal equipment 30a and 30b. |
