PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate print data adapted to the actual production of a printed matter and to easily obtain print data without constructing a web server even if the Internet is used, with respect to an individual print data generating system for generating print data when the individual printed matter such as a business card is printed, and the printed matter. SOLUTION: Business card print data are inputted while an inhibiting rule processing means 15 and an input support means 16 perform an input character regulation processing and an input support processing at the time of inputting data. An external character confirmation processing means 18 determines whether an external character is included after data are inputted. When the external character is included, a flag is raised on the external character and is stored in a data storage means 19 as business card print data. A view processing means 20 lays it out in a way similar to the actual business card based on business card print data so as to display it. A mail generation processing means 21 performs a mail processing for transmitting a mail to a prescribed mail server. |
