PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light bulb suitable for illumination for display, local illumination or the like, which is resistant to shock or water with long life, and stands use under severe environment. SOLUTION: An LED 3 is provided in a metal base 2 for passing electricity through the metal base, and the LED 3 is mold-sealed with a transparent or a transmissive mold material to be molded as a bulb 5, where molding material is also filled in the metal base to integrate the bulb 5 with the metal base 2, to be shaped into a light bulb without a hollow inside. |
