<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and thin optical function module having a shield function at low cost, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Required chip components, an infrared or visible light receiving element, and an integrated circuit for signal processing are mounted on a mounting substrate provided with an electrode pattern. It is then molded of resin transmitting visible and/or infrared light and a light shield film having an effect to attenuate visible and infrared light or a conductive light shield film having an effect to reduce electromagnetic noise is formed not to cover the light receiving part entirely.</p> |
