<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet transmitter and a packet transmitting method to enable transmission of other packets to be smoothly performed even when nodes with concentrated address are generated. SOLUTION: The packet transmitter is provided with a recording part by address to successively record the packets to be transferred by every address, a transmitting means to successively transmit the packets recorded by every address by every address and a stopping means to stop the transmission of the packets to the address for a fixed period when the transmission of the packets transmitted by the transmitting means is failed.</p> |
