PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor stack with improved reliability by making it easy to pull in and out the semiocnductor element, and to center an axis of the semiconductor element without forming a guide groove in a cooling fin to pull-in and -out or center the semiconductor element. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor stack, a plurality of semiconductor elements 3A and a plurality of cooling fins 2A are laminated alternatively and tightened with a stud from both ends. A copper plate 6A for centering the axis of the semiconductor element 3A at the one side of the semiconductor element 2A is inserted between the cooling fin 2A and the semiconductor element 3A to make it possible to pull in and out the copper plate 6A and the semiconductor element 3A as a whole. As a result, the semiconductor element can be pulled in or out easily and the axis thereof can be centered easily.
