摘要 The composition and the method are used in the beer brewing industry for the production of 8-, 10- and 12-percent light beer. The technological process is accelerated, energy costs are reduced and constant physico-chemical and organoleptic characteristics are guaranteed in using compositions with different content of the basic raw and other materials. For the production of 1000 dm3 cooled brewing wort the following ingredients are used, in kg: light barley malt from 105 to 189, crushed rice to 8, refined sugar to 14, enzyme preparations with leading amylolytic activity up to 0.018, enzyme preparations with leading beta-glucanase and/or hemicellulose activity up to 0.016, and hop alpha-acids from 0.062 to 0.085. 12 claims
