The fixing collar consists of a fastener composed of a flexible rod (1) which has a closed loop (2) at one end and sloping fasteners (3) at the other end. Once the end fasteners are passed through the loop they cannot be dismantled. The rod is extended (4) to allow easy gripping during its placing.
