RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A reciprocating compressor is provided to minimize power loss, to reduce generation of noise, to simplify structure thereof and to improve accuracy of assembly. CONSTITUTION: A compressor includes a hermetic container(30) having a suction tube(31) and a discharge tube joined thereto; a main body frame(40) having a communicating hole(41) formed on a center thereof and a plurality of connecting holes formed around the communicating hole and installed within the hermetic container; a driving motor(50) including a stator(S) installed on one side of the main body frame and a mover(54) inserted within the stator to linearly move so as to generate linear reciprocating driving force; a front frame(70) having a cylinder insertion hole(71) and joined to the other side of the main body frame to separate from the driving motor; a cylinder(80) inserted into the cylinder insertion hole; a piston(100) having a refrigerant intake passage(101) formed therein and inserted into a compression space(81) of the cylinder to move and the connecting holes; a connecting type magnet holder(60) having a plurality of connecting legs(62) formed on one side of an installation part(61) cylindrically formed to correspond to the connecting holes so that the mover is installed on the installation part and the connecting legs are inserted to the connecting holes; a coupling device coupling the connecting legs with the piston; a discharge valve assembly(90) joined to cover the compression space and discharging gas; springs(120) placed on both sides of the piston to elastically support movement of the piston; and an intake valve(104) joined to an end of the piston to open and close the refrigerant suction flow path.
