PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a designer of a radio network to make the respective radio clients to possible to be easily connected with a host by detecting signal intensity of the respective places and devising the best mounting. SOLUTION: This radio LAN signal detector is characterized by detecting distribution of the signal intensity in a certain specified space in a radio LAN and includes a radio LAN signal detector portable in an area in the radio LAN by a user and capable of detecting the distribution of the signal intensity of a specified area in the radio LAN, a radio transceiver to be mounted in a portable main body and capable of receiving the signal, a controller to be mounted to the portable main body, to be simultaneously and electrically connected with the radio transceiver and to react according to the intensity of the signal, and a control panel to be mounted in the portable main body, to be simultaneously and electrically connected with the controller and to show a reaction to a user by a certain specified means to make a user judge a distribution state of radio signals in the area. |
