摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent carbon dioxide from remaining and to reduce fuel gas consumption amount in a reforming process, in fuel cell power generation. SOLUTION: A gas-reforming method provided in a fuel supply system in fuel cell power generation comprises the reforming process, in which the fuel gas is brought into contact with a nickel catalyst 1 at a fixed temperature for converting methane in the gas into carbon monoxide and hydrogen and a carbon dioxide absorption process, in which treatment gas in the reforming process, is brought into contact with a first electrode 12a of a solid electrolyte provided with the first electrode 12a and a second electrode 12; an ion supply source substance 13 is brought into contact with the second electrode 12b, and a voltage is applied between these electrodes to covert water content in the gas into hydrogen and also to separate and fix carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the gas as carbonate to the first electrode. The solid electrolyte 11 is made of a sodium conductive material, and the ion supply source substance 13 is composed of one among sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and sodium hydroxide.
