PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase applicable field by enhancing the function of a radio tag which can be operated with power from radio waves, without incorporating a power source. SOLUTION: The radio tag 21 is used as a transponder with respect to an RFID interrogator 22, and further connected with a computer or a data processor 26 or the like via a communication cable 25. Rewriting of data of a nonvolatile storage device or the like, included in the radio tag 21, is easily enabled. Response to only a specified RFID interrogator is enabled, by changing the sequence of response to the RFID interrogator 22 and identification information to be transmitted in the case of response by using information stored in the nonvolatile storage device of the radio tag 21. Application to the medium for transferring data stored in a storage is also enabled. In a state with the radio tag 21 being installed in an external apparatus, application to an interface wherein the external apparatus conducts data communication to the other external apparatuses through radio is enabled. |
