PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device operation rationalizing method, capable of rationalizing the operation times of devices which are possessed among plural companies or enterprises. SOLUTION: When non-operation time is expected in the devices possessed by a company or an enterprise, the information is registered in a personal computer or a homepage over the Internet or Intranet. By having a company or an enterprise make a request for using a device registers the request in the personal computer to a homepage over the Internet or the internet, thereby using the device of another company or enterprise for which there is non- operation time. |
