PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication service information notice method that can cope with revision of communication service information and to provide a network system adopting the method. SOLUTION: On the occurrence of any revision in service information of communication to which subscribers subscribe, a destination to be informed of the revision is registered in advance, and when any revision takes place in the communication service information of the subscriber, revision contents of the communication service information are notified to the registered destination.
