PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a transfer failure, such as a transfer irregularity which occurs during printing on the second side, and also solve the problem of such as fixing strength in a fixing part, in an image forming device having a double- sided printing function. SOLUTION: A fixing means for fixing an unfixed toner image, formed on a transfer material, to the transfer material by heating and pressure contact is composed of a fixing roller having a heating means, and a pressure roller 1 pressed against the fixing roller. The pressure roller 1 has a metal core 2 and an elastic body 3 covering the periphery of the metal core 2. Parallel through-holes 4 are made in the elastic body 3 in the longitudinal and peripheral directions of the metal core 2. |
