PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing lid for a sealed battery to improve adhering strength and to reduce cost by lightening parts. SOLUTION: A structure having many parts on which compressive force works is made by making a roundness value R of an inner peripheral edge 4 on a lower end of an inner cylinder part 3 at least a central hole 2 of a sealing lid body 1 of which is treated with burring work smaller than plate thickness (t) of the sealing lid body 1. Additionally, it is favourable to make the roundness value R not more than one third of the plate thickness.
