PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing infrastructure as well as visual confirmation of a sign and to establish the current unorganized road sign information as the data base. SOLUTION: A road manager side has an integrated data base device, and a vehicle has a road information providing device. The road information providing device acquires the information on the present position of a vehicle from a global positioning system(GPS) and acquires the corresponding road sign information from a self-sign storing device. Further the updated road sign information is acquired from the integrated data base. |
