PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network storage system capable of storing data in a reliable storage device desired by a user. SOLUTION: In the network storage system controlling a plurality of storage devices connected with a network, reliability level information is given to data in the storage device, and the reliability level information is updated within a scope of access right of a client when the client refers to or updates the data in the storage device to change the storage device storing data based on the updated reliability level information.
