PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the quality and assembly of a key switch. SOLUTION: In the key switch 10, an operating member 14 is provided protruding at the top of the key switch body 11, and the keytop 12 can be installed on the key switch body 11 by engaging the operating member 14 with the hole 18 provided at the rear face of the keytop 12. In the above key switch 10, an air exhaust groove 19 with an open bottom end is provided in vertical direction at the inner face of the hole 18 provided at the keytop 12.
