PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference electromagnetic waves radiated from a driving circuit to a minimum level without using electromagnetic wave shielding films or a metal shielding. SOLUTION: In this driving circuit, since the extraction rate of a current flowing through a field effect transistor Q2 which controls the falling of a driving pulse is gradually increased by allowing the transistor Q2 to extract a current from discharge cells and by allowing a field effect transistor Q1 to pour a current faintly, it is possible to generate a part in which the changing speed of a potential is increased in accordance with time in the driving pulse and the driving pulse can be changed slowly from a voltage V1 to ground potential. Thus, in a display device using this driving circuit, interference electromagnetic waves to be radiated from the driving circuit are suppressed to a minimum level without using the electromagnetic wave shielding films and the metal shield.
