PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal that allows a user to make control reservation of a control object device at a visit place and decides on the presence and contents of the carrying out processing of the control reservation, depending on whether or not the user has returned home. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 100 acquires an electronic program guide from a program server 200 at the outside of its own home and stores control reservation information of an AV device 300 of own home as to a specific program. At or after a current position detected by a GPS or the like enters a range of its own home position, the mobile terminal controls the AV device according to the control reservation information through near distance wireless communication. For example, when reserved date and time arrives and the mobile terminal enters the range of its own home position, the mobile terminal controls the AV device according to the control reservation information through the near distance wireless communication. Or when the mobile terminal enters the range of its own home position before the reservation date and time comes, the mobile terminal transfers the control reservation information to the AV device.
