METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of manufacturing a electrode pattern of a electrode substrate for a plasma display panel(PDP) fine and precisely in low cost. SOLUTION: A process (i) for transferring electrical conductive ink composition from an intaglio 30 to a printing blanket 20 and a process (ii) for transferring the electrical conductive ink composition from a surface of the blanket 20 to a surface of a glass substrate 11 are performed in this order. An electrical conductive pattern formed on the surface of the glass substrate 11 is fired to remove binder resin component of the pattern. The printing blanket 20 is heated until surface temperature TB thereof gets 40 to 200 deg.C after completing a series of processes comprised of the processes (i) and (ii) once or twice, and then the printing blanket 20 is cooled until surface temperature TB thereof gets within±5 deg.C of surface temperature TP of the intaglio 30.
