<p>The complex is used in civil engineering in densely populated towns and central town parts where there is need for space for garages, parking sites, storehouses, etc. Territories of the existing urban structure are used intensively, where a large number of vehicles can be parked, or exhibition areas, storehouses, etc. can be built. The complex includes an yard, located between surrounding street surfaces and surrounded by a fence in which an educational building shall be built, having a specially allocated zone for sports, games and public events. In the yard there is an entire underground structure (7), at least one floor high, connected by a ramp (14) to the street surface (2). The structure (7) is in the area of the yard (1) of the educational building (5) being at least 3 m away from it, in the zone (6) of the yard (1) envisaged for sports activities. The approach (10) to structure (7) is on the side (11) of the yard (1), opposite to that of the entry gates (4) of yard (1). The underground structure (7) is equipped with a number of engineering systems - for fire warning and extinguishing, lighting installation, draining, ventilation and filtration systems, as well as for security, which are self-contained from those of the educational building (5) and can be built with prefabricated components. 8 claims, 3 figures</p> |
