PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a coloring matter sensing photoelectric conversion element which is superior in the conversion efficiency, and moreover, to provide the photoelectric conversion element and a photocell which are manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element is manufactured in a structure that the element has at least a photosensitive layer and a conductive support body. The photosensitive layer consisting of a soluble part and an insoluble part is formed using at least semiconductor fine grains. After that, a gap is generated in the photosensitive layer by removing the soluble part by dissolution. |
