PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent double inputting to a schedule management system and a traveling expense settling system, and to improve the work efficiency of a user. SOLUTION: This schedule management system, with a traveling expense settling function, is provided with a movement information extracting section 14 for extracting movement information from inputted schedule information, a traffic facility information database 15 for storing traffic facility information regarding operation sections and fares for individual traffic facilities; a traveling expense information retrieving section 16 for retrieving a traffic facilities to be used for movement, operation sections, and the fares for the operation sections based on the traffic facility information stored in the traffic facility information database 15; a fare calculating section 17 for accumulating fares retrieved by the traveling expense retrieving section 16 by each predetermined prescribed interval; and a display/output section 9 for outputting a traveling expense reckoning detailed statement based on the traffic facilities to be used for the movement, the operation sections, their fares, and the accumulated result of the fares calculated by the fare-calculating section 17. |
