PURPOSE: A system for producing sand and fine powder is provided to produce various sizes of materials from relatively large aggregate to fine powder through multi-stages sorting process. CONSTITUTION: The system for producing sand and fine powder consists of a vibration feeder(2) for transferring raw stone of 500mm long with removing soil and impurities from the raw stone; a jaw crusher(3) for crushing the raw stone into a size not more than 150mm; a cone crusher(4) for crushing the stone into a size not more than 30mm; a first vibrating screen(5) for sorting the crushed stone of not more than 19mm; a fourth conveyor(13) for transferring relatively large stone not sorted by the first screen to the cone crusher; a first forward/backward conveyor(16) for moving the raw stone not sorted by the first screen; a first roll crusher(6) for crushing the stone transferred from the first forward/backward conveyor to a size not more than 8mm and then supply it to the first screen; a second vibrating screen(7) for sorting stone not more than 6mm among the stone not more than 19mm from the first vibrating screen; a second forward/backward conveyor(17) for moving the raw stone not more than 6mm not sorted by the second screen; a second roll crusher for crushing the stone transferred from the second forward/backward conveyor to a size not more than more than 4.5mm and then supply it to the second screen; a sand screen(9); a fine powder precipitator(22); and a plurality of belt conveyors.
