PURPOSE: Provided is an assemble structure of a helmet shield which opens and closes in order to protect the eyes of the driver. CONSTITUTION: The helmet with shield comprises: an empty space part(22a) with binding hole(21) to the helmet; a fixed axis extended inside in the radius direction of the above space part and equipped with the first flange(22c), forming the first key way(22d) which is cut in a certain distance; a support bracket(20) which is attached to the side of the open part of the helmet and equipped with the stopper(24) formed in extrusion from the above base separated in a certain distance from the fixed axis(22); a locker with the second flange which is attached to the fixed axis(22) to move around its circumference, covering the first flange(22c) and making the second key way cut in a certain distance; and a shield equipped with the key inserted into the above first and second key way, a revolving axis which is held to the fixed axis(22) and moves around and the fixed flap with the grooves at both ends to maintain open/close state contacting the above stopper(24) when moving around.
