LINE CAPACITY EVALUATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line capacity evaluation system capable of automatically deriving a bottleneck of a production line and presenting an improving plan and an improving effect. SOLUTION: This system 1 is constituted of a simulator 2 for virtually modeling a production line, calculating the behavior of a work flowing within the production line and executing a simulation of the production line, a model base control part 11 provided with a function for generating a simulation model required for executing the simulation of the production line and a bottleneck identifying part 12 for identifying the bottleneck from the simulation result.
