PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply which can control voltages, at a high speed and with little heat loss, between terminals of a plurality of electrochemical devices connected in series to each other. SOLUTION: The power supply, comprising the plurality of electrochemical devices C connected in series to each other and power control circuits PC which adjust the voltages between the terminals of the electrochemical devices C and are connected between the respective terminals, has a magnetic circuit TRS which constitutes a group of the power control circuits PC, power transfer windings W1 which are electromagnetically coupled with the magnetic circuit TRS, discharging circuits which apply voltages charged in the electrochemical devices C to the power transfer windings W1, and charging circuits which charges the electrochemical devices C with voltages induced in the electromagnetic windings W1, in order to make the respective power control circuits PC electrically coupled with each other and transfer power between each other.
